HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER (MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS):

DEADLINE: 10PM ET the Sunday after you place your order. (Or the same day if your order was placed on a Sunday.)
TO MODIFY/CANCEL YOUR PRINT-TO-ORDER ORDER: If it is before 10pm ET the Sunday after you placed your order (or the same day if your order was placed on a Sunday), email us with the invoice number and exact changes you want to make and we'll try to accommodate you.
After Sunday at 10pm ET, it is too late to modify or cancel the order. When the package arrives, do not open the package. Mark it "refused" and give it back to your delivery person. It will be sent back free of charge to you, and you will be credited when we receive the package back.
If you want to cancel only part of your order, you will need to follow the return instructions that are enclosed in your package.

SHIPPING INFO:
We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. Shipping takes 7-15 days for all orders in the US and an additional 7-10 days to International destinations. Packages in the U.S. are sent via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Please make sure you can receive mail from the Post Office at the address you supply. We are unable to grant requests to send our packages via UPS or Fed Ex, even if you want to use your own account.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES- DOMESTIC
USA: $5.05 for the first shirt and varying amounts for additional shirts depending upon what your zip code is and the weight of your order (USPS priority mail has changed their entire pricing scheme and the pricing depends upon what zone your city falls in and how far it is from our facility in Raleigh NC).
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES- INTERNATIONAL
Canada/International (Countries below): Prices vary depending upon what zone you are in according to the USPS Letter Post zoning chart. Calculations are made in the shopping cart when ordering based on total weight of order.
To calculate your total cost, you'll have to proceed through the shopping cart (to the page before you enter your credit card details). Choose the shirts you would like and enter your shipping info and you will see the total for shipping and the shirts combined before you are actually charged. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the U.S.
Note: Certain countries charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees. Please contact your local customs office or branch office of the us postal service to find out what kind of fees you can expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order before placing your order.
We are required to put your full invoice amount on the "Customs Form" and on the packing slip within your package (so... if your order is $72, we put $72 on the form and in the box).

MILITARY ADDRESSES:
We ship to all military addresses. Please make sure you address your mail properly so it will be routed through the military mail system. Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. Replace the city name with "APO " or "FPO," and the state with "AA," "AE," or "AP," and use the military zipcode. Regardless of the country you are stationed in, the country you should always select is United States. Entering a foreign country will only delay your package.
You can enter your grade, first name, and middle initial in the First Name field.
Organization name should be included if you have it; however, it is not always used for certain types of forces.
Unit number is a four digit number assigned to some units, but not all. Where assigned, it should always be used. Soldiers will have notified friends and family if they have one assigned.
Our system only accepts a five digit zipcode. Do not enter the additional 4 digits.

SHIRT SIZES and SPECS:
Our shirts are made from the highest quality cloth on the market, are 100% Cotton and are screen printed to assure longevity and superior look. No crappy iron ons, seconds or irregulars here. Our Standard Tee is comprable to a 6.1 oz Hanes Beefy Tee.
All shirt Widths measured from under the arms (chest) while laid flat. All Lengths measured from bottom of shirt to neck (front). If you're unsure what size to buy, try measuring a similar shirt that you already own, that fits well, and compare those measurements to the size chart.
These measurements are approximate and are accurate for the majority of the shirts we print and ship. The exact measurements can and do vary slightly.

In the top left corner of the main page there is a drop down box. All of our shirts are listed in this box, in alphabetical order. The Worse Than Hell shirts are listed together with the regular Hell shirts. The Baby Hell shirts are listed below them separately, and the gift-wrap is listed below that. If you don't see the item you want here, they are now Limted Edition shirts that we are no longer selling. We may bring these products, or selected shirts back in the future. HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN:
We will provide a full refund for any unworn, unwashed item that is returned within 45 days of the date of purchase (minus shipping/handling fees). Fill out the survey on your return form. Include the return form in your package. Place the return label provided, as well as proper postage on your package and mail it to the address listed below.

If you do not have your return form, please put your invoice number on a note in the box/package along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the reason for the return.

We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Follow the instructions for returns, and then simply place a new order for the new item(s) on our site. You will receive a full refund for your original order once we receive it (minus shipping/handling fees).
